1. Introduction: The single screw extruder consists of feeding system, extrusion system, rotary cutting system, heating system, transmission system, cooling system and control system. Suitable for all kinds of fried puffed food. The barrel adopts two-way temperature control of heating and water cooling, and the screw adopts internal water cooling to control the temperature. The temperature is stable and the product quality is high.

3). Single screw host: according to the different types of products, we choose different models of extrusion host, and we match this production line according to the common production line configuration

4). Conveyor cutter: conveyor cutter.

5). Elevator: deliver the cut food to the oven

6). Electric oven: drying, easy to pack, extend shelf life

7). Cooling and conveying: the products from the oven are cooled to facilitate packaging
